AFTER PLACING MY ORDER HOW QUICKLY WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
On average we do require a minimum of 7 business days lead time before your order will be actually be shipped. However, depending on the item, time of year and quantity being purchased, production times can be shorter or longer.
We do also offer the option to request a delayed delivery date in the event the items are not needed right away. To do this you would just notate your required "ship date" and other details in the comment section at checkout. Most we recommend. selecting a ship date at least 1-2 weeks before your event.
Are your products Kosher or Parve?
At this time we do not offer any Kosher items.
What are ImageMallows®?
ImageMallows, pronounced \ ˈi-maj-mallows\, are our custom marshmallows that feature your image, company logo, photo, favorite phrase or anything you can think up!

ARE THE IMAGES SAFE TO EAT?
Yes, the ink used to produce the images are made from all food-grade ingredients and is FDA approved.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH NUT ALLERGIES?
Although we do not deal directly with any tree nuts/peanuts etc... all of our products do come with an allergy warning label for nuts/tree and peanuts, dairy and wheat gluten. To err on the side of caution we suggest that you do not purchase our products for anyone with any life-threatening food anaphylaxis.
HOW DO I SUBMIT AN IMAGE OR A LOGO FOR AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
When placing your order you will have the ability to upload the file that you would like used on that product page. If you happen to miss that at the time you are ordering, feel free to just reply back to your order confirmation email sending the graphic along as an attachment.
Please be sure that the image you are submitting for your order meets the criteria listed below: *Files should NOT contain any fonts that are less than 6 points in size and/or lines less than 0.5 points in thickness. For best results, image resolution should be at least 300dpi at 100% imprint size.
-Acceptable file formats include: JPG, PNG and PDF
-Photo submissions MUST be high resolution images.
-Please No cell phone photos
-No photos with dark backgrounds.
-Photos that contain a single person are best and will produce the best results when printed.
At Candy With a Twist we believe in having fun. However, we do have some guidelines regarding what images can appear on our products.
The following items are NOT acceptable:
-Please do not request any objectionable words or phrases to be used for your items.
-No obscenities or inappropriate photos/designs.
Candy With a Twist products are intended for personal as well as business use. That means we will not honor requests for images or names that belong to a business, product, celebrity, sports teams, major events, schools or institutions unless permission is granted by the organization that rightfully owns the requested image/design.
Candy With a Twist reserves the right to edit text & text color to make the best possible image. In the event of drastic design changes we will contact you.
I noticed that some of the marshmallows shown on your site are printed horizontally, why is that?
The orientation of the marshmallow during printing is determined by the graphic/logo provided. A stacked or vertical design will result in the marshmallow being printed in a vertical upright orientation. A graphic submitted to use that is landscaped and wide, will result in the marshmallow being printed on its side and unable to stand. This is done to ensure the best most legible and proportionate print is achieved. If you would still prefer to have the marshmallow printed vertically please let us know. It can still be done just please understand that it will result in a much smaller final printing result.
Do I get to see a proof of the product ahead of time?
We can send digital proofs of the s'mores & marshmallows (upon request only) this gives you a really good idea of what the finished product will look like. We are happy to send generic marshmallow samples at no charge. We just ask that you cover the cost of shipping. However, if you have a specific logo that you would like used on the sample the cost is $25 per item being requested.
Can I have a different image on each marshmallow?
At this time we do have a limit of 1 image per 12 items ordered.
Can I put an image on the front and then writing or something cool on the back?
No, At this time the marshmallows are only customizable in one location at this time.
I'm in NJ...Can I pick up my order? Do you have a store front that I can visit?
Yes, we do have a physical store front. We're located at:

If you'd like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, just select "pick up in store" when checking out. Please note that NJ sales tax does apply to all in store pick up and purchases.
Can I place my order now and have it shipped at a later date?
Absolutely! No need to wait until the last minute to order! Simply provide your requested delivery date at check out and we'll ship your order in time for your event. All of our products are made to order so they are created just for you! Please be sure to plan ahead to allow adequate processing time.
What if I want the order rushed? Can you do that?
We do not currently offer rush orders. However, if you send us an e-mail with your lead time, we will let you know if it's possible. No promises, but it never hurts to ask.
What is the minimum order I can place?
12 pcs (1 dozen) is typically the minimum order requirement. However, each item that we offer has an order minimum referenced in the product description.
Do you offer reseller pricing?
Yes! We do offer reseller pricing on our printed marshmallows and a few select items shown on our site. Wholesale interest inquiries can be emailed to Hello@candywithatwist.com. Please note that you must be a valid business that plans to resell the product. Unfortunately, at this time Event Planners/Stylist do not qualify for wholesale pricing. However, we may have an unpublished offer that we may be able to extend to those in the industry.
I'd like to place a very large order on behalf of my company. What payment options do you accept?

We do not accept C.O.D. or Term Payments at this time.
Can I request a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. Upon special request, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance for orders of 200+ items! If you need a Certificate of Insurance, please email the following information below to Hello@candywithawist.com

When do the items expire?
Properly stored items should be consumed within 4-6 weeks of receipt.
Cotton Candy Cakes should be consumed within 7 days.
How should I store my items until I am ready to use them?
We suggest that you DO NOT REFRIGERATE or freeze any of your items. The ideal place for our products is in a cool dry place away from heat and direct light/sunlight. Due to the nature of the "ink" (food coloring) used for the images, prolonged exposure to the light will cause fading and discoloration. It's best to keep you items stored away in a box or dark area until they are ready to be used for your event. In these conditions, the shelf life for our products average about 4-6 weeks.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Candy With a Twist will not be responsible for information that is missing or incorrect on the web order confirmation or emailed invoice. Please review your order confirmation or invoice to be sure all the information is accurate (delivery address, zip code, arrival date, etc...).
Any error made by Candy With a Twist will be eligible for replacement first, if timing allows, or by credit if order replacement is not possible due to time constraints.
What if I need to cancel or want a refund?
Candy With a Twist reserves the right to charge a customer's card for the full amount of the order in the event that the order is cancelled greater than 24 hours after the order is placed. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, customer may be responsible for all costs which may have been incurred prior to cancellation, including set-up charges. This is based on a case-by-case basis. Upon order (either via email, website or phone) customers agree and will be deemed to be bound by these terms.
